on: Is it okay to go and walk around while praying, sometimes it adds intent to me in prayer?

: The essence of the law is that there is no impediment of walking around during the prayer, such as when one Sais קרבנות ופסוקי דזמרה and blessings, except during the ‘amidah’ prayer, which is also called the Standing Prayer, when this prayer is necessary to stand with tight legs. However, each person will examine himself whether walking adds intent to him or not, because during prayer we turn to the Creator to ask that he should hear our prayer and certainly it is appropriate for the person to do so in a dignified and appropriate manner. In addition, each person will examine whether when he walks around during prayer, this does not interfere with others. And may the Lord hear your prayer with mercy and will. Sources and Scores

PLEASE NOTE*

Attention: You should not learn from one case to another, each case must be analyzed individually. Generally speaking, it's always best to have contact with a Rabbi in person, not just virtual contact. Note that where there is a local Rabbi("Mara Deatra"), one should ask him. The answers are under the responsibility of the rabbi who responded, and not under the responsibility of the website and/or the Head of the Institution.
