Answer:

The main problem with installing artificial eyelashes for a woman is the problem of chatzitza when she goes to the mikvah. Indeed, most of the poskim wrote that artificial eyelashes should be allowed to be installed when there is a need to install the eyelashes, such as the natural lashes are damaged, etc., but for the addition of beauty it is better to avoid if possible so as not to enter the halachic problem of chatzitza.
