Question

Your Question: What is the Jewish policy on Catholic idols of Jesus in America? Are we supposed to destroy these abominations with hammers like Avraham Avinu did?

Answer

Although the Torah explains that in the Land of Israel idols and statues of the Gentiles that mention the name of idolatry or any faith other than the Jewish religion should not be left behind, but it is only in the Land of Israel where there was judgment, and the ‘Bait Din’ and ‘Sanhedrin’ and our hands were firm on the Gentiles.

Not so in our day that unfortunately as long as we are in greatness among the nations, we are not obligated to destroy the idolatry of the Gentiles and the like of Jesus, And not only are we not obligated, we must not do so because we live among nations and this will lead to pure hatred and hostility.

Sources and reasoning:

Attention: You should not learn from one case to another, each case must be analyzed individually. Generally speaking, it's always best to have contact with a Rabbi in person, not just virtual contact. Note that where there is a local Rabbi("Mara Deatra"), one should ask him. The answers are under the responsibility of the rabbi who responded, and not under the responsibility of the website and/or the Head of the Institution.
