To your question, even though the woman is infertile and cannot give birth, there is no prevention at all from living with her. The prohibition of the torah that doesn’t allow a marriage if you can’t give birth, is only for men and not for women. Also there is no problem of mutilation of sperm, since you are living together in a normal way.
