on: If a dead fly gets in one’s mouth, do they have to wait before eating milk?

: You don’t have to wait six hours after a fly enters your mouth, and after the fly comes out of your mouth, milk can be eaten immediately. First, because there is no prohibition on eating fly meat with milk, the fly is not defined as meat and there is no prohibition on eating meat fly and milk, the fly is forbidden to eat on its own part since it is considered an ‘sheketz’ as written in the torah. Second, since the person removed the fly from his mouth and neither swallowed it, or chewed it, it is not necessary to wait six hours even after tasting meat if they have removed from his mouth and did not swallow or chew. Attention: You should not learn from one case to another, each case must be analyzed individually. Generally speaking, it's always best to have contact with a Rabbi in person, not just virtual contact. Note that where there is a local Rabbi("Mara Deatra"), one should ask him. The answers are under the responsibility of the rabbi who responded, and not under the responsibility of the website and/or the Head of the Institution.
