: According to the Torah, a person’s Judaism is determined by the mother, and therefore a woman whose mother is Jewish and whose father is an Arab Muslim is allowed to marry her without any prevention. Although a ‘Cohen’ cannot marry a woman whose father is not Jewish. Therefore, if you are not a cohen but a yisrael, you may marry a woman whose mother is Jewish even though her father is Muslim / Arab. You must know that there is a severe prohibition on having a personal life with a woman who has not been in the mikveh. Therefore, if you’re interested in marrying each other, do so as soon as possible, with joy and love, as the religion of Moses and Israel. Attention: You should not learn from one case to another, each case must be analyzed individually. Generally speaking, it's always best to have contact with a Rabbi in person, not just virtual contact. Note that where there is a local Rabbi("Mara Deatra"), one should ask him. The answers are under the responsibility of the rabbi who responded, and not under the responsibility of the website and/or the Head of the Institution.
