Question

Am I allowed to end Passover a day earlier, such as if you arrive in the Land of Israel, where the hours are shortened and it is found that he did not keep seven days? And how will the law be in the opposite case whether you are allowed to fly to the United States, where Passover is still?

Answer

Hello and greetings, a beautiful and big question you asked.

In the case regarding a “nedah” coming from abroad to the Land of Israel, which did not keep 7 whole cleans days because of the few hours that were reduced and it was found that she did not count seven whole days, and the poskim wrote that everything is at its place and time, and since seven days passed night and day even though they are not from time to time, it should be facilitated, as well as rabbi Wazner wrote shevat Halevi 2 (93)as well as the opinion of HaGara Yosef zt”l in the Book tharat habait 2 (p. 294).

And in any case, it is the law on the contrary that when traveling abroad, such as to America, one must wait until passover ends there and one should not eat even though seven days have already passedAnd also we do so for the purpose of a fast and other things.

Attention: You should not learn from one case to another, each case must be analyzed individually. Generally speaking, it's always best to have contact with a Rabbi in person, not just virtual contact. Note that where there is a local Rabbi("Mara Deatra"), one should ask him.
