Question:
Dear Rabbi,
Is the person who committed suicide, who before his death ordered the distribution of his money to others, is his words as a scripture and given over just like the law of a sick patient who commanded before his death?
Answer:
It’s doubtful. Although my mind tends that one who committed suicide his words are written and devoted just like a sick patient who commanded before his death. And in fact, since this has not come out of doubt, it is impossible to exclude from the orphans money because they are being hold of their fathers money.
