The Creator is the only one we can always turn to, he is the only one who helps us and loves us always, we always remain his beloved children, that he wants to benefit us and help us. He’s the only one you can always feel connected to.
The way to feel connected to Him and to turn to Him for help, is through prayer, although G-d knows your need for help, G-d has determined that help will come only through prayer.
Therefore, the thing that I recommend to you now is to become stronger and to try very hard in prayer every single day, in three prayers a day, if you do not know the text of the prayers in the siddur, turn to him in your own style, like a daughter who speaks and asks for help from her father who is almighty.
I am sure that if you make the effort and invest in prayer from the bottom of your heart, you will see great and immense salvations.
It is important for you to know that even if you do not see salvation immediately, there is no doubt that later on you will see and understand that G-d sent you salvation by virtue of your prayers, sometimes it takes us some time to see the salvation, but salvation will surely come.
