Question

Dear Rabbi, My question is, if a non-Jew wants to fulfill the seven commandments of the sons of Noah, how does he convert to Judaism in order to keep the seven commandments that were commanded by the sons of Noah, what is the process that I have to go through.

Thank you for your time today?

Answer

Hello,

The Creator of the world expects every non-Jew and every person to fulfill the seven commandments of the sons of Noah. There is no need for conversion in order to fulfill these commandments, it is precisely those people who are not Jewish and have not converted to Judaism are those who are required to fulfill the seven commandments of the sons of Noah.

You do not have to go through any process to fulfill the seven commandments of the sons of Noah, immediately from this moment you will be able to fulfill them, and the Creator of the world will bless you for doing His will.

For your convenience, I will briefly write to you the seven commandments that the sons of Noah were commanded to:

  1. It is forbidden to worship other Gods, except the Creator of the world.

  2. It is forbidden to curse, God forbid, the Creator of the world, the God of heaven and earth.

  3. Prohibition of murder

4.Prohibition of incest, such as sleeping with a man’s wife.

  1. Prohibition of theft of money.

  2. Prohibition of eating the organ of an animal or an animal taken from the animal or animal before its death.

  3. A commandment to act in accordance with the laws of prenuptial law, and to establish a legal system that will enforce the laws of prenuptial law to others..

Wishing you success

Rabbi David Ohayon

Sources and reasoning:

Attention: You should not learn from one case to another, each case must be analyzed individually. Generally speaking, it's always best to have contact with a Rabbi in person, not just virtual contact. Note that where there is a local Rabbi("Mara Deatra"), one should ask him. The answers are under the responsibility of the rabbi who responded, and not under the responsibility of the website and/or the Head of the Institution.
