: Hello, you are allowed to throw the wine and pour it and there is no prohibition on “incorruptible” because the wine is spoiled and no longer drinkable and is corrupt already. מקורות: ראה בגמרא שבת (דף קמ עמוד ב’). וכן מוכח מדברי השו”ע (או”ח סי’ קפ סעיף ג’) דמותר להשחית פירורי לחם שאין בהם כזית. וראה  עוד בשו”ת התעוררות תשובה (חו”מ סי’ לה). ובשו”ת תורה לשמה (חיו”ד סי’ תא) שהתירו כהאי גוונא.
